Why was my account suspended?

In order to deliver on the Translance Escrow Protection, we have to suspend any Translance account with these conditions:

1-The account does not have verified payment method.

2-The accounts violated our rules.

3-The account holder asks for payments out of sites.

4-The account holder asks to communicate out of translance before starting a contract.

5-If user shares contact information including websites, links, emails, phones, skypes… before starting a contract.

The suspended account can not be retrieved.
