As a freelancer, you also can leave public feedback about your experience with the client.
When a feedback is left by the client, the freelancer is notified by receiving a notification message on the top right of the freelancer dashboard.
The feedback period is 14 days from the end of a contract. The system is double-blind, which means that feedback won’t be visible until both parties provide it for each other. If only one party leaves feedback, it will be posted after the 14-day period has expired.
If the 14-day feedback period expires before you are able to add comments, you can contact the client and ask them to allow you to add feedback later. You’ll be notified once the option to leave feedback is available.

To see your feedback for any contract:
1. Click the Find Work Tab and select the My Stat page.
2. Check Work History and Feedback. You will see the title of the contract to get to the details page.
Your feedback for all projects paying at least $1 will also appear on your freelancer profile for all to see.
The feedback system is double-blind. This means that the other user cannot see the feedback you left them until after they have left feedback for you, or until the 14-day feedback period expires. At that point your feedback will become visible in your contract. It may take up to 24 hours for new feedback to show on your public work history.

Respond to or Dispute Feedback from a Client http://support.translance.net/knowledge-base/respond-to-or-dispute-feedback-from-a-client/ Fri, 12 May 2017 16:05:10 +0000 http://support.translance.net/?post_type=ht_kb&p=391 If you have a problem with the feedback you receive, you have two options:
1. Respond – Post a response to be visible next to the feedback from the client. Must be done within 28 days of the contract ending.
2. Dispute – Only available under limited circumstances. In the majority of cases, it isn’t possible to dispute feedback.
Respond
You have the opportunity to respond to any feedback comment to offer a clarification or rebuttal. This way both the client’s feedback and your response will be visible to all future clients looking at your history. You may only post one response to feedback, and once submitted, it can’t be edited. After you add a respond, it can take up to 24 hours for it to show on your profile.
To Respond:
1. Go to Notification Page on the Top Right side of the freelancer page
2. In the Feedback page, click “Respond to this feedback”
Dispute
Feedback represents the user’s opinion and because of this, Translance can’t edit these comments or scores, nor can we investigate them for accuracy. Please try to work out any feedback issues you have with your client directly. If the client agrees to revise their comments or scoring, you can enable feedback changes from within the contract.
If the issue can’t be resolved with the client and you feel you have received feedback that violates the Translance Terms of Use, please contact Customer Support by clicking here. For your dispute to be considered by Translance, you must include a detailed discussion of the contract and a written statement describing how the feedback violates Translance policy.

Enable Clients to Change Feedback http://support.translance.net/knowledge-base/enable-clients-to-change-feedback/ Fri, 12 May 2017 16:14:51 +0000 http://support.translance.net/?post_type=ht_kb&p=393 At times a client might want to change the feedback they left for you. In order to edit their feedback, they must contact you and request your permission to do so.
To enable changes:
1. Go to my profile page
2. In the Work History and Feedback find the related contract.
3. At the bottom of the feedback page click the “Enable client to change feedback” link
The client then has 14 days to make changes. They can make changes multiple times during that time – the window for changes stays open the full 14 days.
Also, due to the double-blind feedback system, the option to enable changes won’t be available until after they have left feedback for you, or until the 14-day feedback period closes, whichever comes first.
