Feedback – Translance Help Center http://support.translance.net Translance Help Center Mon, 19 Nov 2018 14:10:10 +0000 en-US hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=4.8.24 Give Feedback to Freelancers http://support.translance.net/knowledge-base/give-feedback-to-freelancers/ Sat, 27 May 2017 13:31:15 +0000 http://support.translance.net/?post_type=ht_kb&p=501 Clients give two types of feedback regarding their experience with a freelancer:
• Public – Comments and star ratings that are shown on the freelancer’s profile.
Leave Feedback
If you are the one who ends the contract, you leave your feedback in the End Contract form. If the freelancer or agency ended the contract, you’ll have 14 days to leave feedback.
The feedback period is 14 days from the end of a contract. The system is double-blind, which means that feedback won’t be visible until both parties provide it for each other. If only one party leaves feedback, it will be posted after the 14-day period has expired.
If the 14-day feedback period expires before you are able to add comments, you can contact the freelancer and ask them to allow you to add feedback late. You’ll be notified once the option to leave feedback is available.

Read Feedback from Freelancers http://support.translance.net/knowledge-base/read-feedback-from-freelancers/ Sat, 27 May 2017 13:32:38 +0000 http://support.translance.net/?post_type=ht_kb&p=503 Your feedback history shows on every project you post to help freelancers evaluate you.
The feedback system is double-blind. This means that the other user cannot see the feedback you left them until after they have left feedback for you, or until the 14-day feedback period expires. At that point your feedback will become visible in your contract. It may take up to 24 hours for new feedback to show on your public work history.

Respond to or Dispute Feedback from a Freelancer http://support.translance.net/knowledge-base/respond-to-or-dispute-feedback-from-a-freelancer/ Sat, 27 May 2017 13:37:12 +0000 http://support.translance.net/?post_type=ht_kb&p=505 If you have a problem with the feedback you receive, you have two options:
1. Respond – Must be done after the contract ending.
2. Dispute – Only available under limited circumstances. In the majority of cases, it isn’t possible to dispute feedback.
Respond
You have the opportunity to respond to any feedback comment. Your response will be visible only to the freelancer and not to anyone looking at your history. You may only post one response to feedback, and once submitted, it can’t be edited.
To respond a feedback after ending a contract you will receive a notification to provide your feedback you should leave your feedback to the freelancers. If you don’t you cannot leave feedback later.
Dispute
Feedback represents the user’s opinion and because of this, Translance can’t edit these comments or scores, nor can we investigate them for accuracy. Please try to work out any feedback issues you have with your freelancer directly. If the freelancer agrees to revise their comments or scoring, you can enable feedback changes from within the contract.
If the issue can’t be resolved with the freelancer and you feel you have received feedback that violates the Translance Terms of Use, please contact Customer Support. For your dispute to be considered by Translance, you must include a detailed discussion of the contract and a written statement describing how the feedback violates Translance Terms of Service.

Enable Freelancers to Change Feedback http://support.translance.net/knowledge-base/enable-freelancers-to-change-feedback/ Sat, 27 May 2017 13:44:00 +0000 http://support.translance.net/?post_type=ht_kb&p=507 At times a freelancer might want to change the feedback they left for you. In order to edit their feedback, they must contact you and request your permission to do so.
Please be very careful about enabling feedback changes because it gives a freelancer the ability to raise or lower your score, as well as change any comments. You will have 14 days to consider the request and such changes are only allowed one time, per contract. To allow feedback changes:
1. Go to the Setting.
2. Click on my profile
3. Select the job for which the feedback left to you.
4. Next to their “Feedback to You,” click the “Enable freelancer to change feedback” link. Please bear in mind that you cannot reverse this action.
Due to the double-blind feedback system, the option to enable changes will not be available until after they have left feedback for you, or until the 14-day feedback period closes, whichever comes first.
